My name is Abraxas Magus and I am the husband of our resident “Basic Urban Witch”. I have over a decade in the practice of professional tarot and have a reputation for being a bit severe for lack of a friendlier term. I am not the reader to come to should you look for affirmation. I will not read your energy or seek to speak to spirits, stoop to gimmicks or trickery, or any other such base things. I am here to provide a service of translation and explanation and I will do that to the best of my ability whether or not you are comfortable with what you hear. I do this because I think that anything other than complete and thorough honesty puts my own pride above your benefit and such a thing would be a horrible thing to do.

The standard reading is for individuals and costs $50. You may bring a friend with you during the reading. You may also record, take photos, or take notes. Anyone who says you cant do that is afraid of being found a fraud. Tarot readings cover 3-4 months as a base time period and show you two alternatives. I do blind readings only for first time clients meaning that the first time you request a reading from me that you tell me no more than your name. I can do this online via video call or phone and of course at our shop.

As a warning:

I have a horrible habit of laughing while I say terrible things. My face is exceptionally expressive and when I pull a card I find humorous or off putting you will be able to tell instantly. I apologize in advance for my horrible card-side manner. That being said, I think it lends to my charm and helps my clients appreciate that no matter how serious it might be- there’s still something to laugh about.
